APML enhances the search engine of the UN designated persons list
APML has enhanced its search engine for the UN designated persons list. The new software solution enables sending notifications on the amendments to the list into the email addresses of the obliged entities from the AML/CFT Law.
All natural and legal persons wishing to receive the notiifcations can send a request in a free form to vristeski@apml.gov.rs
We believe that the new solution will help primarily with regard to the compliance with the Law on the Freezing of Assets with the Aim of Preventing Terrorism and WMD Proliferation Financing.
