Targeted financial sanctions

The application of targeted financial sanctions is an international obligation for Serbia as a member of the United Nations, and an international (FATF) standard.

APML’s responsibilities under the Law on Freezing of Assets with the Aim of Preventing Terrorism and Proliferation of Weapons of Mass Destruction (LAF) include taking part in the designation and freezing mechanisms and a role in overseeing compliance with this law.
