4th Conference of the Parties
In the period from 12 to 14 June 2012 in Strasbourg the 4th Conference of the Parties to the Convention of the Council of Europe on Laundering, Search, Seizure and Confiscation of Proceeds from Crime and on Terrorism Financing (Warsaw Convention) will be held. The Conference will be attended by representatives of the Administration and the Ministry of Justice respectively in order to address outstanding issues with regard to reservations or remarks made by some of the parties, as well as to discuss possible amendments to the Convention as a result of new anti- money laundering and terrorism financing international standards (revised FATF Recommendations).
