Expert mission to Serbia, 4 – 8. March 2013
From 4 to 8 March 2013 a European Commission expert mission to Serbia will assess the development of crucial aspects of the rule of law in Serbia following up the previous assessment mission that took place in February 2011 with a view screening and possible opening of negotiations on chapters 23-24.
During the visit, the experts will discuss with the APML’s representatives AML/CFT legislation. Special focus will be on the fight against organized crime and on the anti-corruption legal framework.
