Round table for judges, Belgrade, 30 September 2019
In cooperation with Judicial Academy, APML organized a round table for judges and their assistants of misdemeanour courts in Belgrade, Novi Sad and Kragujevac, as well as of the Misdemeanour Court of Appeals in Belgrade, on 30 September 2019.
The participants learnt of the National ML/TF Risk Assessment and of the supervision of AML/CFT Law implementation. Special emphasis was placed on the recomendation of Moneyval Committee contained in the MER of 2015 that Serbia should step up the sanctions for money laundering crimial offence, as well as for misdemeanours and economic offences.A representative of APML provided an overview of the results of APML supervision and sanctions imposed.
