Meeting held with factoring companies
On 31 October 2018 at the Belgrade’s Chamber of Commerce a meeting was held with representatives of factoring companies and commercial banks. The representatives of the APML, National Bank of Serbia and Agency for the Insurance and Financing of Exports - Factoring Development Section delivered presentations on the implementation of AML/CFT Law, Guideines for ML risk assessment for factoring companies and NRA findings. The participants agreed that the APML would draft a list of indicators for recognizing suspicious transactions for factoring companies until the end of 2018, which will subsequently be provided to the factoring companies for opinion and possible amendments.
